The Village at Breckenridge – at the base of Peak 9 – provides easy access to all Breckenridge has to offer in the fall: beautiful views, hiking, biking, and numerous boutiques and award-winning restaurants along Main Street. Some of the onsite amenities include hot tubs, a steam room, sauna, rec room, indoor/outdoor pool, and fitness center. 

The rooms available for the group rate include:  

• $205/night: Studio Condominium, sleeps 4, 1 queen bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen
• $205/night: Premier Studio Condominium, sleeps 1-2, 1 queen bed, breakfast bar
• $225/night: Premier One-Bedroom Condominium, sleeps 4, 1 king bed, 1 sleeper sofa, full kitchen and dining area

Provide the group code (BBRCMS24) or group name (Colorado Medical Society 2024 Annual Meeting) and date for check-in. It can take up to 24 hours to receive a lodging confirmation email.

We have negotiated a reduced parking fee of $20/night. One car is allowed per room in the garage. An uncovered overflow lot is available behind the property in the case that the garage is full.

Cancellations for individual guest rooms made within seven days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the entire reservations period and all applicable taxes and fees. Reservations are refundable if cancelled outside seven days of arrival.

Poster competition

The Colorado Medical Society is proud to host our third research poster competition at the 2024 CMS Annual Meeting in Breckenridge. Register for the poster competition with your meeting registration. Researchers must have their poster set up on the display boards by 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 13. Judging will take place that evening at 7 p.m. If you’re unable to make it to Breckenridge in time to set up your poster, contact kate_alfano@cms.org to arrange for transport and setup of your poster by CMS staff. The top three researchers will present their research live Saturday afternoon and should have a prepared PowerPoint presentation. 

Children’s camp ages 2-12

Free childcare by licensed sitters will be available Saturday 8 a.m.-12 p.m. and 4-8 p.m. Advance registration is required by Sept. 1. Register your kids with your meeting registration. A detailed list of activities, including outside excursions – weather and age permitting – will be provided soon.
